Bass Commission

This is a commission for  who wanted me to draw one of his characters called Bass, a 1 billion year old barn owl like monster with one large eye who is one of many rulers of a realm called Dharma, as described in his own words:

He is one of the 72 rulers, of one of the 72 major worlds of the Dharma Realm, of the Spectral Spectrum, which is the Beastly World. He is the King of ALL Beasts, beast/creature/animal/non-human shape shifter, darkness and shadow manipulator, has an body of various shades of vanta-black, who traps and deflect light, and no bit of light would be on his body, has an true 'Owl Man' form, and has one milky white eye, like a cyclops, that could trap darkness and deflect, while having on shadows on it. Also, he can talk and even though he does not like it, he is one ruler no one should have to face when he goes into his 'Owl Man' form.
